Further the Reform of College Entrance Examinations to Exercise a Positive Wash-back Effect on Elementary Education

调剂工作是硕士研究生招生录取过程中一项非常重要的工作。湖北省硕士研究生招生录取调剂面对的主要问题是:招生规模不能满足升学需求,供需矛盾突出;全省上线生源富余,调出任务重;省属高校和科研院所长期上线生源不足;艺术类、中医类专业上线生源不足;初试业务课缺乏可比性;富余的上线生源无序流动等等。针对这些问题,在不改变我国现有硕士生招生体制的前提下,招生行政管理部门和招生单位应努力予以调剂解决。

Relief is an important task in the recruiting process of post-graduate students. The author finds out the following problems in relief work of Hubei post-graduates recruitment: Ⅰ. The recruitment scale of Hubei province cannot satisfy the demand of the test takers for further education ; Ⅱ.The surplus of qualified candidates makes relief work more complicated; Ⅲ.There is a serious polarization of candidates among all the student recruiters. The constant lack of student resources for Provincial universities and Science and Research Organizations makes the relieving-in task harder. Ⅳ.The insufficient qualified candidates for Art and Chinese Medicine Subjects makes the relief work more difficult; The test papers are decided by their respective universities, and it’s hard to compare the students’ ability with questions of different levels; Ⅴ.The surplus candidates flows in disorder, which makes the relief work in a mess.
