试论高等教育大众化与高考制度公平之契合

On Correspondence of Popularization of Higher Education and Fairness of College Entrance Examination

我国高等教育大众化通过走"内涵式"发展的道路,提供更多的高等教育机会、更高的教育质量和更灵活的培养方式,扩大了考生的选择空间,增多了考生成功的机会,从而促进了教育更公平的发展。追求公平择优的高考制度在运行过程中体现了教育的平等,也凸现出了诸多的缺陷。因此,在丰富高等教育大众化内涵和实现高考制度公平的基础上,应努力促进二者的有机契合。

In the course of quality development, our higher education has furnished more opportunities, better quality and more flexibility for the popularization of mass education. As a result, examinees enjoy more chances and room to succeed, hence the promotion of the fairness of higher education. However, the College Entrance Examination in its operation has encountered obstacle when it advances fairness. So, based on the analysis of the connotation and fairness of the popularization of higher education, this paper draws a conclusion that the two should develop correspondingly.
