关于加强教育考试机构管理与队伍建设的思考——以湖北省为例

Reflections on Strengthening Management and Construction of Education Examination Institutions

加强教育考试机构管理与队伍建设十分重要。针对目前这方面存在的一些问题,加强教育考试机构管理,一是应充分认识新形势下抓好教育考试工作的重要意义;二是应规范机构设置,加强管理人员的专业培训;三是应扶持基层教育考试机构建设,改善办考条件;四是应争取政策支持,争取社会支持,营造和谐的考试环境。

Though it is important to strengthen the management and construction of the examination institutions, some problems emerged during the process. Therefore, in order to improve the situation, the following points should be taken into consideration: firstly, the full meaning and the importance of carrying out the task of education examination under the new situation should be fully understood; secondly, both the construction of the examination institutions and professional trainings of the managerial staffs should be enhanced; thirdly, the constructions and management of the Primary Education examination institutions should be advanced; and fourthly, support from government’s policy and society may be striven for, so as to create a harmonious examination environment.
