备战高考教师的心理调适在备考过程中起着重要作用。教师在备战高考过程中的心理问题主要表现为:一是难度焦虑;二是"最后冲刺"情结;三是师爱的偏移。

Teachers’ psychological adjustment plays an important role in their process of preparing for the College Entrance Examination. The psychological problems of the teachers in their process of preparing for college entrance examination may include: first,anxiety about the difficulty of the coming examination; second,"final sprint" complex and third,the transfer of teachers’ love and affection.
