再论现行高考模式的体制性冲突

On Systematic Problems of Current Model of College Entrance Examination System

传统的精英教育模式下的高考制度,已经不能与大众化的高等教育体制相适应,落后的高考制度与发展的高等教育实践之间矛盾冲突不可避免。因此应在转变高考理念的前提下,通过放开高职高专入学考试和提高研究型大学入学门槛,实行多样化和多层次的高校招生考试模式和方法。

The traditional elite education model has been in conflict with the current demand of the popularization of the higher education; the outmoded College Entrance Examination system has al- so been in contradictory to the practical need of the developing higher education. On this condition, under the premise of the concept of College Entrance Examination, we should implement a diversified and multi-level examination and recruitment model, by the means of unlocking the examination and recruitment of tertiary education, but raising the threshold of entry into the research universities.
