On Assessment of Model and Quality of Test-paper Making for College Entrance Examination with New Curriculum Standards

高考命题模式及质量评价的基本标准包括命题职责、命题结构以及命题效能3个方面。在评价高考命题模式过程中,应重点考虑各门课程的质量评价是否具备时代性和继承性、普遍性和灵活性、计量性和控制性等重要特征。高考命题模式及质量的评价,需要从大量实践信息资料中去寻求答案,并得到系统理论的支持。

The assessment of the question-setting model and quality of the test papers for College Entrance Examinations usually follows the three principles:being functional,structural and effective.On this condition,to evaluate the test paper,the following features should be taken into consideration:being up-dated,successive,universal,flexible,measurable and controllable.Generally speaking,the assessment needs to find answers and meanwhile obtain support or amendment from a great amount of practical information.
