摘要
中学文理分科施教既有深刻的历史文化背景,也有特殊的时代原因。这种特殊的人才培养模式,抑制学生的学习兴趣,造成学生地位的不平等,造就偏枯、片面发展的学生并导致了中学教育与大学教育的脱节。这些弊端的存在与普通教育改革和社会发展的必然趋势相悖,与贯彻"以人为本"促进人的全面发展和关心、指导学生营建他们的安身立命之所的潮流大异其趣。故取消文理分科是促进学生自由而全面发展,推动社会进步的大势所趋。
This paper supposes that the abolition of the classification of the arts and science classes will be an inevitable trend for the country, because it brings about some negative effects, including students being uninterested in study, education inequality, one -sided development of the students, and unsmooth transition from high schooling to college study. Actually, the appearance of the division of the two classes resulted from the historical and cultural reasons; it is the era that developed this phenomenon. Currently, this phenomenon not only runs counter to the inevitable trend of the general education reform and social development, but disagrees with the state’s policy of "all- round development in students". As a result, for the purpose of promoting the students’ overall growth, it is an inevitable social tendency to abolish the policy of classification of arts and science classes.
