考试制度改革的价值取向与实践选择

摘要 在考试制度改革及其理论研究的过程中,人们的价值取向与实践选择之间始终存在着距离、矛盾和冲突。因此,我们既要充分认识到这种矛盾冲突的必然性和合理性,又要对这种矛盾冲突所造成的现实困境,特别是要对当前教育考试制度改革进程远远落后于人们的价值理念与期待的现状保持足够的认识。应对和调适考试制度改革及理论研究中价值取向与实践选择之间的冲突,要致力于建构科学的改革目标体系,建构积极的改革推进机制,形成有效的改革思路与策略。 In the process and research of the examination system reform, there is always a gap and some contradictions even conflicts between people’s value orientation and their practice of selection. Thus, it is necessary to fully understand the necessity and rationality of such conflicts, as well as the current difficulties caused by the conflicts, especially the unsatisfactory status quo caused by the facts that the reform of the examination at present has fallen behind people’s expectation. On this condition, the author holds that in order to resolve the conflicts mentioned above, we have to devote ourselves to the construction of both the scientific target system and advance mechanisms, so as to shape the opinions into some patterns and strategies of the reform.
