高考改革应打破"一试定终身"的模式,要在体现"以人为本"理念的前提下,引进高中毕业会考成绩,降低高考成绩的权重,取消统一划定录取分数线的传统做法,实行只公布分数段的人数统计方式,扩大高校招生自主权,实行阳光操作,杜绝腐败。

This article advocates that the college-entrance-examination reform should change "one test set for life" model to a "people -oriented" one. Different from the traditional way of admitting candidates just according to their final scores, the "people-oriented" model will uphold the practice of admissions of their choices by the colleges on the basis of multi -evaluation system. Meanwhile, in the process of the reform, "black case work" and corruptions should be eliminated.
