1977年7月,邓小平第三次复出,自告奋勇抓科技教育,特别关注高考制度的恢复。他在一系列的讲话、谈话及批示中,对改革招生方针、改革招生对象、改革政审条件、改革考试内容等方面都作了精辟的阐述,从而形成了他的高考改革思想。
After his third comeback in July, 1977, Deng Xiao-ping volunteered for the task of the national science and education, particularly the resumption of the NCEE (National College Entrance Examination). Afterward, he released series of speeches, talks and directions to elaborate his opinions on the reforms of the matriculation policy, recruitment of candidates, political requirements of the candidates, and the contents of the test papers, hence Deng Xiao-ping’s Thought on the reform of NCEE.
