高考改革:基于三个假设的分析

College Entrance Examination Reform:A Analysis Review Based on Three Hypothesis

2009年高考报名人数出现减少现象,究其原因主要有新课程改革的影响、大学生就业问题的影响以及高等教育适龄人口的变化影响。以这3个原因为基本假设,我国高考改革在相应条件下应具倾向性,如考试内容、考试形式、志愿填报和录取以及高考改革的公平和效率的追求。有鉴于此,我国高考制度应该坚持合理的改革趋向,但一定要在其制度的时效性之内保持其稳定性。

In 2009,the number of students signing up college entrance examination reduces.Some studies prove that mainly reasons are the new curriculum reform,the employment of graduates and the higher education age population.Based on one of three reasons,college entrance examination reform should show some tendencies such as the examination content reform,the examination form reform,choosing specialty reform and the pursuing of fairness and efficiency.So the system of college entrance examination should keep a proper reforming tendency and stability in its system timeliness.
