满意度理论视野下的新课程高考命题改革——以天津地区《考试说明》问卷调查为例

NCEE Question-setting Reform under New Curriculum:from Perspective of Customer Satisfaction Theory

摘要 对《考试说明》的满意程度调查是考前收集高考命题改革信息的最佳方式。在满意度理论基础上,调查量表具备较高信度、效度,可以作为调查《考试说明》满意度的有效工具。调查表明,高考对各类学校提供了公平竞争的机会,历史学科应关注教学与考试方式之间的差异,高考应对文科综合组卷方式进行深入研究,新课程高考应注意考试变化的幅度,因而应进行渐进式改革。 From a perspective of customer-satisfaction theory,the present study,based on a survey on students’ degree of satisfaction to the "Guidelines for NCEE",find some useful information about the NCEE question-setting reform as follows:firstly,though NCEE is a chance for the candidates to compete fairly,the subject of history needs to attach more importance to the gap between teaching and examination;secondly,the question-setting mode for the test paper of liberal-arts students still has rooms for further researches;thirdly,the college-entrance-examination reform under the new curriculum should be implemented in a gradual process.
