摘要
高中考试管理的创新,不仅是新课程改革的价值取向的必然要求,也是新课程设置特点的关键所在。与高中学业水平考试管理相适应的新的考试管理理念,要求与其相适应的考试组织管理的功能,应从简单和严厉的控制性功能向社会教化、服务、保障、督导等服务性功能转换;而考试管理者的角色,则应从单一的监控与裁判者向协作、服务、促进学生成长和督导等多元角色转变。
The administration of the senior high school exams should be innovative,which is not only the inevitable requirement of the value-orientation,but also the key characteristics of New Curriculum Reform.According to the administration of the academic proficiency test in senior high school,the new concepts of the examination management will invite the corresponding function make some changes-from a control function which is simple and strict,to the serving function which is educating,serving,safeguarding and supervising.Meanwhile,this also requires the administrators to change their role---from the single role of monitor and referee,to a multi-role of collaborator,servant,promoter,and supervisor.
