The Outline of China’s National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020年)which issued in 2010 and had made a strategic blueprint for next decade’s education reform and development in China, calls for a multi-recruitment policy for Gaokao. Thus, this article tends to present some ideas about the importance of enrolling students who are pre-assigned to specific posts or areas, and some suggestions.
