湖北省高等教育自学考试改革之“双证书”培养模式尝析——以武汉长江工商学院为例

摘要 我国的高等教育自学考试发展三十多年来,在取得了一系列有益成果的同时,在具体办学过程中培养体制面临着与经济社会发展不相适应、培养模式单一或固化、培养成才率较低等方方面面的问题。面临诸如此类的瓶颈性问题,从国家到地方,尤其是湖北省,均及时出台了相关高等教育自学考试改革的政策及制度,并由湖北省率先逐步进行了试点和稳步推广。本文旨在结合对自学考试"双证书"培养实践的基础上,通过探析该模式的基本方式方法以及主要有益成果,以期达到能更深入地指导自学考试综合改革的基本目的。 Having developed for more than three decades,China’s self-taught higher education examination bore some fruits but meanwhile met some problems like the incompatibility between cultivation system and the economic and social development,a single and solidified model,low efficiency in talent training,etc.To take measures against the above-mentioned problems,both the state and the local governments have tried to find out some solutions,with Hubei Province as a pioneer to conduct a pilot study and a reform of self-taught higher education examination.Such being the case,the present article aims to make an analysis of ways,means,as well as benefial results of dual-certificate cultivation model in self-taught higher education examination,so as to offer some insights to the reform.
