全日制自考助学学生管理工作探析——以武汉长江工商学院继续教育学院为例

Analysis of Students Administration of Full-time Classes for Self-taught Higher Education Examinations

随着全日制自考助学的发展及全日制自考助学规模的不断扩大,自考生管理工作也面临着新的挑战。在分析全日制自考助学学生特点的基础上,提出了针对自考生管理的一些策略。笔者认为,要做好全日制自考助学学生管理工作,就要不断更新学生管理工作理念,不断完善学生管理工作体制,转变管理方式,创新管理方法,进一步加强学生管理队伍建设。

With the development of and expanding of full-time classes for self-taught higher education examinations,the administration work for these students has met some new challenges.This article,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the students,intends to put forward some strategies to deal with the challenge.The author here finds that only when we constantly update student management concept,constantly improve the system of student management,and innovative management methods,can we further strengthen the construction of students management work.
