摘要
对于北大的"中学校长推荐制",社会由始至终就存在着"热""冷"两种声音,既有赞成,又有反对。公平和价值问题是争论的焦点。理性分析和反思后认为,推荐制不必然导致不公平,公平完全可通过完善制度来保障;推荐制存在的根本价值在于其符合人的身心发展规律。改革考试技术,完善政策和措施,营造宽松的社会环境有利于推荐制更好地实施。
People hold different opinions towards the high school principal recommendation system initiated by Peking University.Some people think it is a good supplement to the current policy,but others strongly oppose it.The debates concern a lot in the issue of equity and value of the policy.Here,after a rational analysis and reflection on this issue,the author of this article finds that the high school principal recommendation system does not necessarily lead to inequity which actually can be avoided by a system improved;the worth of this recommendation mechanism lies in the fact that it caters to people’s mental needs and spiritual desires.Therefore,the conclusion is that only when we adopt reforms in the aspects of examination technology,policies and regulations,and create a more relaxed and open-minded social environment,can this system function conducively and serve us better.
