Constructions and Utilization of Examination Archives: A Case Study

教育考试档案作为记载考生和考试重要信息的载体,在学历鉴定等诸多方面发挥着重要作用,在信息时代背景下,教育考试档案信息服务工作应与时代接轨,不断提高档案利用率和服务水平。本文从对典型案例和教育考试档案管理现状的分析出发,探讨教育考试档案建设与利用中存在的主要问题,并提出推进教育考试档案建设和利用的建议。

As a carrier to record the key information of both the candidates and the examinations, the education examinations archives play an important role in many aspects like the certifying of the degrees and diplomas, etc. In this new information era, the archives work has to draw more attention to the needs of the new era, and to the quality and efficiency of the services. In this case, this article, based on the analysis of the typical cases of the status quo and management of the current archives work, intends to find out the main problems of the construction and utilization of the archives, and as well put forward some suggestions to improve the work.
