高校非学历证书考试的制度创新与信息化平台建设

System Innovation and Information Platform Construction for Non-degree Certificate Examinations in Universities

文章基于高校非学历证书考试制度创新的背景,提出高校非学历证书考试制度创新的两大路径:一是制度层面完善管理法规,促进科学化考试管理;二是技术层面促进考试系统升级,加强考试信息化平台建设。在此基础上,重点阐明了高校非学历证书考试信息化平台的建设目标、建设内容与技术实现途径。

To adapt to the new situation, this article puts forwards two ways of innovating the Non-Degree Certificate Examination system in Colleges and Universities in China: First, in order to improve the administration of scientific examination, the management and regulations on the institutional level should be bettered; second, the examination system should be upgraded and the construction of examination information platform on the technical level be strengthened. Based on these improvements, we then can focus on clarifying the goal, content and technical methods of Non-degree Certificate Examination system platform construction in colleges and universities.
