摘要
2014年出台的高考招生制度改革实施意见使得本就在夹缝中生存的民办高校面临新的困境:学校定位难度加大、招生基数降低、教育软硬件资源条件不足等。面对本次改革所带来的挑战,民办高校需要紧跟国家高等教育改革发展方向和政策导向,顺应时代的发展进行转型,以"区域服务型"高校为办学理念,为学生、区域经济做好基础性教育服务,在教育的软硬件资源配置上进行科学转型,尽可能全方位规避困境给民办高校发展带来的负面影响,并重新找到具有时代性和务实性的发展方向。
Gaokao system reform in 2014 brings about new problems to the privately-run colleges, who find it more difficult to conceptualize their roles, to admit more and better students, or to meet the needs of the teaching resources. To fight against the problems, it is essential for the private universities to follow the policies of the state and transform according to the time’s trend. Meanwhile,they are supposed to hold the idea of "serving for the communities", upgrade the equipment of the campus, and try to allay the negative effects caused by the reform.
