摘要
中高职衔接是提高劳动者素质、推动经济社会发展和促进就业的重要手段之一。本文通过深入行业调研,对中高职数控技术专业进行了分层定位,提出了差异化的人才培养规格,构建了能够实现中高职衔接的数控技术专业的人才培养方案,为中高职衔接和构建现代职业教育体系进行了有效的尝试。
The advancing from secondary vocational education to higher vocation education has been an important means to improve the quality of workers, promote social development and better the job market. Through in-depth industry research, and based on an layer-orientated analysis for computerized-numerical control(CNC) majors in vocational schools, this paper intends to put forward a specification mode of differential talent training and build up a scheme of training CNC students.Hopefully, the present study can be of some help in the construction of a talent training scheme for CNC majors when they advance from secondary vocational education to a higher one.
