试析日本大学招生制度的弹性化——“AO入学”的现状及其启示

Flexibility of Japanese University Matriculation System: Status quo and Insights of AO’s Policy

日本大学"AO入学"选拔方式是90年代大学招生制度改革的产物,它以多元化的视角,注重考察学生的学习动机和适应能力,通过多样化的评价方式灵活的选拔学生。日本大学"AO入学"选拔实施至今已有20余年,其中有许多成功的经验值得我们吸取,但是,其暴露出的种种弊端更值得我们引以为戒。

Japanese AO Entrance selection system is the product of the reform of their university matriculation system in 1990 s. This system selects candidates from diversified perspectives, attaching importance to students’ learning motivation and adaptive capacity. Meanwhile, it adopts diversified means of assessment and evaluation. It has been more than 20 years since Japanese executed its matriculation policy. In this case, there are lots of experiences as well as lessons we can learn from their policy.
