On National Version of Gaokao Test Paper and Institutionalization of Examination Agencies

高考命题的统一和分立是高考制度中始终存在的张力,会在不同的条件下使国家教育考试制度呈现出不同的结构。加强全国统一命题有利于发挥高考积极的正面引导作用,有利于"加强国家教育考试机构建设",是大规模高利害公共教育考试走向专业化的必然要求。

Like other history stories, test paper for the national entrance examination/gaokao takes form of different versions in different contexts. However, this article holds that as it can give a full play to gaokao’s positive role as a guideline, as well as enhance the institutionalization of examination agencies, a uniform national version of the test paper for gaokao will be an inevitable requirement of large-scale high stakes public education examination, thus needs to be encouraged and advanced in the whole country.
