新中国的初中招生制度先后经历了以下几个阶段:统一招生考试制度时期,推荐招生制度时期,招生考试制度恢复时期以及招生制度多元化时期。初中招生制度变迁是教育内外部因素综合影响的结果,多元化是初中招生制度今后发展的方向和必然趋势。

This article finds hat the junior high school enrollment system in China has gone through the following stages: period of a unified entrance examination system; period of recommended enrollment policy; recovery period of entrance examination system, and the period of diversified enrollment system. We hold that the changes of junior high school enrollment system resulted from the combined tussle of internal and external factors in education development. Therefore, a diversified junior high school enrollment system will be the future tendency in its development.
