再论校本课程开发的限度及其应对措施

On Problems in Development of School-based Curriculum and Some Countermeasures

摘要 校本课程开发能够规避国家课程和地方课程的短板与不足,有效促进学生个性发展、教师专业发展以及学校特色化教学。但校本课程开发本身存在着一定的限度,这导致其开发过程中会遇到重重困难,主要体现在以下几个方面:第一,"校本课程开发"中国化存在翻译误区与校本课程开发模式缺乏基本方法路径的理论限度;第二,校本课程开发保障机制不健全、校本课程开发监督机制不完善以及校本课程开发评价机制不完备的实践限度;第三,校本课程开发目的的价值认识不足及校本课程开发加速农村教育边缘化的价值限度。针对以上限度提出"深化校本课程开发元研究""完善校本课程开发制度保障,落实多元化校本课程评价体系""确立校本课程促进教育特色化发展的理念,推动教育公平"的应对措施。 School-based curriculum can not only avoid the mistakes occurred in national curriculum and local curriculum, but also promote the students’ personality cultivation, teacher’s development and classroom teaching. However, due to its shortcomings in nature, the school-based curriculum has met many problems in its advancement: firstly, this curriculum lacks of accurate interpretation in its localization process as well as theoretical support in its development scheme; secondly, there are defects in its security, supervision and evaluation mechanism; thirdly, the related researchers and practioners has devalued its role due to the poor understanding of its goal. Moreover, the promotion of this type of curriculum may accelerate the marginalization of rural education. Such being the case, in order to fight against the above-mentioned problems, we need to take some measures as follows: to deepen the research of school-based curriculum development so as to improve its security and evaluation mechanism, to diversify its feature education in the localization process, and to publicize the concept of fair and equal education, etc.
