摘要
现代社会对人才的需求不仅仅是具有知识,还需要拥有较高的"EQ"(合作探究能力、情商)。但"EQ"的养成需要长时间的潜移默化,为此在课堂教学中必须通过一定的设计,采取有效措施,才能充分培养学生的学习热情。兴趣是学习的直接动力,决定着学生学习活动的方向和效率。学生只有拥有了兴趣,才能把自己的情感与所学事物产生共鸣,才能真正的潜移默化地升华"EQ"。这样,学生无论是应对综合学科素养考察下的人才选拔,还是将来走向社会都一定能够很快调整角色,适应变化着的周围环境。
A qualified talent for current modern society needs to own both extraordinary knowledge and high EQ(emotional quotient). However, a person’s EQ cannot be cultivated overnight; it needs to be fostered through a long time. In this long-term process, classroom teaching plays an important role, and helps to increase students’ interest in learning. Such being the case, the classroom teaching is supposed to have a very careful design of the teaching contents and teaching methods.Only by attaching more importance to the issue of enhancing their EQ through class teaching, can we help the students to have a high EQ to adapt to different roles in different situations in future’s jobhunting.
