日本大学认证制度对我国大学认证的启示

Insight from JUAA on China’s University Accreditation

虽然我国大学的一些专业已经开始认证试点,但真正意义上的大学认证制度尚未建立。作为大学质量控制的重要手段,大学认证已经成为国际通行的做法。本文通过对日本大学基准协会认证基本体制和运作机制的梳理,为我国大学认证开展提供经验的借鉴和启示。

In China, a scientific accreditation system has not been set up yet, with only several universities are piloting some of their disciplines. Comparatively, university accreditation has been a common practice in the world to play a role in quality control. In this case, we need to gain some insights and reference from outside, especially from Japan, who has the JUAA(Japan University Accreditation Association) as a mature operation mechanism & system.
