关于自主招生工作的教育政策分析——以对外经济贸易大学自主招生政策为例

Analysis on Education Policy in Independent Recruitment——A Case Study of Independent Recruitment Policy of University of International Business and Economics

自主招生是高校招生多元化、对高考统招进行补充以及促进教育公平的重要举措和有效手段,也是素质教育的有力支撑和高校招生政策改革的必经之路。以对外经济贸易大学自主招生政策为例,采用教育政策的内容分析法,通过目标、对象、手段等三要素分析,论证自主招生政策的优势及未来的改进之处,以期对今后的自主招生改革起到借鉴作用。

It has been an important means and efficient way for universities and colleges to employ the independent recruitment policy to choose talents from their candidates. As a complement to the national admission system and a must for admission reform as well as the competence-oriented education, independent recruitment policy plays an important role in China’s gaokao admission reform. This article, by means of a content analysis, and taking University of International Business and Economics as a case, intends to have an analysis of the three factors of objectives, subjects,and methods in independent recruitment, so then finds out the advantages and tendency of independent recruitment policy. Hopefully, the analysis and findings might offer some insights into work in the future.
