我国高校招生不分一二本批次的优势:利于打破一二本批次的壁垒;倒逼高校提升办学质量;利于激发高校竞争热情。我国高校招生不分一二本批次的问题:部分特色不明显的高校专业将面临淘汰;考生高考志愿填报难度增加;考生高校和专业选择权大幅下降。我国高校招生不分一二本批次的对策:着力打造高校专业特色;加强考生填报志愿的辅导与宣传;增加考生高校和专业选择权。

China’s non-stratified college admission system which does not differentiate colleges to first and second levels can break down the barriers between first-class colleges and second-class ones, and results healthy competitions among colleges. However, the problems in this system are that some majors without any competitive features may vanish, the application for disciplines will become harder for the candidates, and applicants’ independent choices of colleges and majors can decreased to much fewer as well. To fight against the problems, three measures can be taken: to highlight the popular majors, to strengthen the guidance and publicity of filling out the application forms for colleges, and to offer more options to the candidates.
