摘要
"高中语文小班化自主互助学习模式"是在立足于新课标"更加注重学生发展的独特功能,培养他们的终身学习和有个性的发展能力"要求的基础上,对高中大班额体制下进行小班化自主互助学习模式的探索实践。通过一年多来在开展的实践操作中得到的经验、教训和体会,理论分析了小班化自主互助学习的作用和意义,并就如何构建小班化教学组织形态的实际操作进行了论述。
The new curriculum standards require teaching in high schools in China to cultivate talents of full development with the ability of life-long learning and individual character. In this case, a new learning model of small-class independent mutual assistance has been developed and derived from the traditional big-class teaching and learning style. Based on the experiences and lessons gained from a one-year’s practice in real life, this article tries to have a theoretical analysis of the function and significance of this learning model. Meanwhile, the suggestions about how to construct and apply to a small-class independent leaning model have also been presented here.
