浅谈新形势下地方高校招生工作的困局与对策——以江汉大学为例

On Problems in and Countermeasures against Local University Admission Work under New Situation——A Case Study

在考试招生制度改革的大背景下,地方高校的招生工作受到招生制度和政策、适龄人口数量和高校专业设置等因素的影响,面临着打破原有生源结构、生源数量持续下降、'冷门'专业生源短缺等诸多挑战。在困局面前,地方高校招生工作应当加强组织领导,保障队伍建设;重视研究探索,广泛交流学习;加大宣传力度,扩展影响范围;强化专业优势,传播专业特色。

Against the background of examination and admission reform, admission work for localuniversities are influenced by the factors of enrollment system, policies, school-age population, andspecialties establishment in universities and so on. The problems occur when the original candidatesstructure is broken, the numbers of examinees decreases, and some majors fail to recruit students,etc. To face such challenges, local universities need to strengthen organizational leadership and teamconstruction, emphasize on exploration and research, publicize information to expand the influence,and strengthen professional advantage and specialty of strong majors.
