试析我国硕士研究生复试制度存在的问题及原因——以武汉若干所高校为例开展的实证调查

On Problems with and Reasons for Retest Policy for Postgraduate Admission System in China——A Case Study

要更深层次、系统的了解现行的硕士生入学考试复试制度,不仅需要探究其历史发展脉络,更要深入调查研究其制度运行中现存的问题,这也是对其现存的问题进行原因探析的前提条件。以问卷调查的方式对复试环节中存在的问题及其原因运用制度分析法进行归纳分析,可以发现这主要是由制度设计缺乏理性、制度执行中缺乏刚性和制度改革中存在惰性等原因造成的。

In order to have a deeper and better understanding of the retest policy in postgraduate admission system in China,we need to probe into both its history and current situations.This kind of in-depth investigation into the system operation thus becomes a precondition to analyze the reason for the existing problems with the retest policy.By means of a questionnaire and inductive analysis,the present article found that the problems are resulted from the unscientific system design,irrational system implementation and non-reactivity in the practice of the reform.
