坚持与完善高校考试招生制度是我国考试招生制度改革的基本原则,这一原则是指既要坚持全国统一的制度,也要解决其中存在的问题,进一步完善这一制度。这些需要坚持的统一制度包括报考条件、考试科目、考试内容、学生综合素质评价、自主考试招生加分等六个方面的制度。坚持与完善我国高校考试招生制度既是在理论上保证高校考试招生制度的公平与公正,同时在实践上也为国内外高校考试招生制度改革所证明。除上述六个方面的制度,还必须对我国当前高校考试招生制度出现的新情况和新问题不断加以完善,以使高校考试招生制度在我国现代化建设中发挥更大更好的作用。

Persisting in improving the college entrance examination and enrollment system is thebasic principle of the reform of the examination and enrollment system in our country, which refersto not only adhering to the unified national system, but also needing to solve its problems to furtherimprove the system. The unified system includes examination conditions, examination subjects, exami-nation content, students’ comprehensive quality evaluation, bonus points in independent examinationand enrollment. Adhering to and perfecting the examination and enrollment system is to guaranteethe fairness and justice of the system, and it is also proved by the reform of the examination andenrollment system at home and abroad. In addition to the above six aspects of the system, wemust continue to improve China’s current college entrance examination and enrollment system facingthe new situation and new problems, in order to allow the system to play a better role in the con-struction of China’s modernization.
