摘要
不同的读研动机反映出研究生不同的价值观和学习态度。通过采用问卷调查的形式,对A大学在读研究生的读研动机和学业表现进行调查,运用SPSS20.0进行数据的处理与分析,发现A大学硕士研究生的读研动机在'发展''专业兴趣''逃避''附加'这四个方面的差异,并揭示出读研动机与学业表现的相关性,以期为高校研究生的培养、教育教学的管理提供借鉴意义。
Different motivations for attending graduate school reflect graduate students’ different values and attitudes toward learning. The study adopted self-designed questionnaire to carry on a research on graduate students’ motivations and academic performance and use SPSS 20.0 to analyze the data, showing that students in A University are different in four kinds of learning motivations:development, major interests, avoiding and others and revealing the relevance between motivation and academic performance. The study aims at providing certain reference significance to the cultivation and management work of universities.
