考试命题失范问题对高等学校学风有很大的腐蚀作用,其具体表现为命题科学性失误、命题适切性存在偏差、命题机械化、重复化等。出现考试命题失范的动因是多方面的,如重科研、轻教学的高校亚文化影响,学生群体的不良学风,以及师生之间有意无意达成的利益共谋关系等。要去除考试命题失范现象,应当首先在思想上高度重视,去除现有认识误区;改革高校教师绩效考核机制,重视教学工作;建立第三方机构,保持利益均衡。

The anomie of examinational questioning is manifested as scientific errors of questioning, deviation of questioningappropriateness, mechanization and repetition of questioning, etc.There are many reasons for the emergence of test proposition anomie. To remove the test proposition anomie phenomenon, we should first attach great importance to the ideological, remove the existing misunderstanding; reform the performance appraisal mechanism of university teachers, pay attention to teaching work; establish a third party institution to maintain a balance among different stakeholders.
