摘要
分析社会考试中结构化面试考官在个人层面的问题以及考官队伍建设存在的普遍问题,强调提高考官自身的责任意识以及提高筛选标准和建立奖励制度在考官队伍建设中的重要性。
This article, based on a brief analysis of individual-related problems and other common problems of the construction of examiner team in the process of interview tests in large-scale examinations for the public, intends to emphasize the important role of examianers’ sense of responsibility, a higher criterion for selection and reward policies in the construction of examiner team.
