Countermeasures for Strengthening the Ideological and Political Education of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

分析高职院校教师思想政治教育工作中存在的主要问题,提出创新学习内容、方法与手段,完善规章制度,构建和谐的校园文化等加强高职教师思想政治教育的对策,以期对高职教师思想政治教育起到借鉴作用。

This paper aims to analyze the main problems in the ideological and political educationof teachers in higher vocational colleges, put forward the contents, methods and means of innovativelearning, perfect the rules and regulations, and build a harmonious campus culture so as to strength-en the ideological and political education of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Hopefully, thisstudy may be beneficial for the political education of higher vocational teachers.
