摘要
考试巡视员工作是考试实施的重要环节,是落实考区、考点、考场三级管理的重要抓手,我们既要发挥其重要作用也应看到管理中存在的问题。基于现状,从人员个体层面、组织管理层面分别归纳为'5种方式'和'8重8轻'问题进行深入分析,并从遴选机制、责任体系、培训形式、奖惩制度、监督机制、保障政策等6个方面提出具体对策建议,以期促进考试管理的发展和完善。
The tasks of examination inspectors as an important part of the implementation ofthe examination, has been a key point in the three-level management of the examination sections,spots and rooms. This article, against the current background, conducted a brief analysis of the problems of'five techniques'and'eight major & minor issues'from the perspective of individual personnel and organization management. Meanwhile, to fight against the problems, concrete countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects, such as selection mechanism, responsibility system, trainingform, reward and punishment system, supervision mechanism and guarantee policy, etc have beenput forward, so as to promote the development of examination management and help it to developmore healthily.
