摘要
自新高考方案实施以来,全国各地按照教育部制定的时间节点,分期分批稳健推进。但在具体实施过程中,由于各省市教育基础设施、学校教师编制及当地经济发展水平不同,出现了学校教学管理方面的一些难题,如学生选课、教师调配、课时安排、班级管理、安全隐患等等,如何破解学校教学管理发展的瓶颈,就成为高中校长及一线高三教师亟需解决的问题。为此,特针对新高考下的高三教学情况进行分析,提出'新高考下跨校整合教学'这一构想,以期解决上述难题,促进新高考顺利进行。
Since its implementation, the new gaokao program has witnessed its advancementaround the country when complying with request of the Ministry of Education in China. However,due to the imbalanced educational infrastructure, teacher allocation and local economic developmentlevel, problems occur in school teaching management in the specific process of the implementationof these policies. There are difficulties in such problems as students’ course selection, teacher alloca-tion, class arrangement, security risks and so on. Then how to break the bottleneck of school teach-ing management development and fight against the problems? The present article, based on a briefanalysis of teaching situation of the third year of senior high school in the context of new gaokao,gives an answer of 'cross-school/inter-school integrated teaching' mode, which can hopefully offersome insights into the development of new gaokao.
