我国高校复合型人才培养的路径梳理与探索

Sorting out and Exploring the Path of Training Compound Talents in Chinese Universities

随着我国经济、科技、社会分工的变迁,社会对具有跨学科专业背景的复合型人才需求十分迫切。高校在多年的实践中形成了多种途径并举的复合型人才培养方式。通过访谈与文献梳理,高校普遍存在的复合型人才培养途径可以大致分为五种:设置跨学科专业、推行主辅修双学位人才培养制度、实行大类招生人才培养制度、国内国际人才联合培养机制、发展全面蓬勃的大学文化。在具体实施与探索的过程中,高校也需要注意到许多至关重要、不容忽视的问题,并制定积极的应对策略。其一,高校应该进一步重视学生的主体地位,调动学生的自主学习潜能;其二,高校应该整合复合型人才的各培养环节,使其相互串联起来,而不应该相互独立;其三,高校应该组建一支复合型教师队伍。

With the change of the division of labor among economy,science and technology and society in China,there is an urgent demand for compound talents with interdisciplinary and profes?sional background.In the practice of many years,colleges and universities have formed multiple ways to cultivate compound talents.Through interviews and literature review,there are generally five ways to cultivate compound talents in Colleges and universities:setting up interdisciplinary majors,carrying out dual-degree training system for major and minor subjects,carrying out large-scale enroll?ment training system,domestic and international talent joint training mechanism,and developing a full-scale and vigorous University culture.In the process of concrete implementation and exploration,colleges and universities also need to pay attention to a lot of important issues that cannot be ig?nored,and formulate positive coping strategies.Firstly,colleges and universities should pay more at?tention to students'principal position and mobilize students'independent learning potential;secondly,colleges and universities should integrate the various training links of compound talents to make them connect with each other rather than be independent of each other;thirdly,colleges and univer?sities should establish a team of compound teachers.
