ISO9001管理体系在标准化考点管理应用初探——以苏州市吴中区为例

On Application of ISO 9001 Management System in Standardized Examination Centers——Taking Wuzhong District of Suzhou City as an Example

江苏省于2018年启动标准化考点升级改造。新的形势下如何用好管好标准化考点,建立科学规范的管理体系等问题亟待解决。参考、转化ISO9001管理体系的核心精髓,有助于充分了解标准化考点功能,提高效率。由传统的经验管理模式上升至制度管理模式。

This article holds that it has become urgent to solve the problems appeared in management system and make a good use the examination centers since Jiangsu Province has begun to upgrade the standardized examination centers in the year of 2018.Under this situation,it will be of great help to improve efficiency by referring to and gaining insights from the core value of the IS09001 management system.Meanwhile,the traditional experience-oriented management mode needs be changed into a regulation-based one.
