摘要
2012年湖北省启动农村义务教育学校教师招聘,有效地缓解了农村教师学历层次偏低、年龄结构老化、薄弱学科教师奇缺等问题。但是,随着新机制教师制度的全面实施和深入推进,也暴露出一些教师招聘与管理方面亟待研究和解决的问题,值得我们去思考和提出建议。
When the year of 2012 witnessed the recruitment of teachers in schools for compulsory education in rural areas of Hubei Province,a large number of aspiring,knowledgeable and energetic university graduates have gone to the primary and secondary schools in rural areas in Hubei province,devoting to the education there.The joining of the new teachers in the teaching staff for rural areas has effectively alleviated the problems of low educational level of rural teachers,aging age structure and the scarcity of teachers in some minor disciplines,etc.However,with the full implementation and in-depth promotion of the new policy and mechanism,in teacher recruitment and management system there are some problems that need to be studied and solved urgently.More consideration and suggestions are also deserved.
