教师资格考试背景下小学教师职前培养问题的思考

摘要 国家教师资格证考试实施以来,教师资格证成为进入中小学教师队伍的必要条件,这不仅提高了教师队伍准入门槛,还充分显示了对教师任职要求的规范性和公平性。教师资格考试背景下,对于小学教师职前培养而言,越来越受到高度重视的同时,更是面临着一场严峻的挑战。 Since the implementation of the National Teacher Qualification Examination(NTQE),the teacher qualification certificate has become a must for candidates be teachers in primary and sec-ondary schools,which not only raises the entry threshold of teachers,but also fully demonstrates thestandardization and fairness of the work of teacher recruitment.In this case,however,in the contextof NTQE,candidates seeking for the post of teachers in primary schools will face severer challengewhen more attention has been attached to the training of them.
