Enhancing Works of Four Aspects, Improving Ability of Examination Administration——A Case Study of Xiangyang Admission Examinations Authority

市级教育考试机构处于考试管理组织的中层,在非学历证书考试中,着眼职责定位,以提高考试质量为目标,以提升办考能力为重点,从组织领导、队伍建设、制度构建、文化引领等方面入手,才能确保本地非学历证书考试工作高质量发展。

Since the municipal education examinations authorities are in the middle level of theexamination management organizations,this article holds that,in order to ensure a healthier develop-ment of local non-academic certificate examination,these local testing authorities need to focus ontheir responsibilities,aim at improving the quality of the examination,focus on improvement of exam-ination-running ability,and also attach more importance to such aspects as organizational leadership,team building,system building and cultural guidance.
