摘要 本文研究试用一种新方法测算植物对SO_2的净化能力 植物在伤害阈值的情况下,对SO_2的最大吸收强度定为净化SO_2的能力。利用开顶式熏气罩对植物进行SO_2慢性(低浓度、长时间)处理。达到SO_2伤害阈值(5%叶面积上出现可见伤害症状)时,停止处理 根据此时叶内硫含量的增加,计算硫积累速率。从停止熏气后叶内硫含量下降(直至对照水平)的速率计算硫的转运速率。从硫的积累速率和转运速率计算叶片吸收SO_2的强度 再引进生物量和生长期两个参数,就可估算地区植被年净化SO_2的潜力 本研究对阔叶树(杨、柳、刺槐)、针叶树(油松、桧柏)和农作物(小麦、水稻、玉米、高粱、谷子)进行了净化SO_2能力的测算 初步结果表明。 This study developed a new method of assessing elimination capacity of plants to SO2 from atmosphere. The elimination capacity of plant was defined as the maximum intensity of absorbing pollutant of plant without injury. Plants were exposed to lower concentration of SO2 in open top chamber. Fumigation was stopped when the visible injury had appeared on 5 % total area of leaves(threshold value) The rate of sulphur accumulation in leaves were calculated on the basis of the increase rate of sulphur in leaves. The rate of transformation and transportation of sulphur were calculated with the decrease rate of sulphur in leaves after stopping fumigation down to control level. Rate of S-accumulation plus rate of S-transf ormation transportation equaled the absorption intensity of sulphur. Adding the parameters of biomass and growth period of plants, its possible to assess the maximum potential of eliminating SO2 by vegetation. This work deteimined the SO2 eliminating capacity in broadleaf trees (poplar, willow and scholartree) conifer (pine and cypress) and crops ( wheat, rice, maize, sorghum and millet) The results showed that this method was feasible on the whole
