低电平电磁波辐射对兔脑电图影响

摘要 模拟低电平电磁波辐射环境污染,使用频率为510—515MHz,在“宽频带电磁波辐射环境模拟装置”内直接照射。12只家兔,分三种不同强度,采用连续波,每天8小时,共15天。结果,照射一周后低、中强度组,多数基本波波幅下降,β指数增高,δ波指数不增加。照射二周后,高、中、低各组,多数β波减少,波幅下降,而高强度组δ波指数增多更显著 说明持续照射可导致大脑皮层兴奋性降低,继而出现抑制性损害,而以高强度组为显著。 The environmental pollution from low level electromagnetic wave radiation can be simulated by direct radiation in the simulating facility of ambient electromagnet ic wave of wide frequency band with 510-515 MHz. 12 domestic rabbits were radiated with confinuous wave of three different degrees of strength, for 8 hours every day and for 15 days in total. The results show that after one week of radiation, in the groups of low and medium degree of strength, most of the magnitude of basic wave decreases, β index increases and δ wave index remains constant. After two weeks, for all groups induding low, medium and high strength, most of the β wave decreases and so is the wave magnitude, but the δ wave index of the high strength group increases markedly, reflecting the lowering of excitability of cerebral cortex by continuous radiation followed by depressive damage for the high strength group particularly.
