摘要
液体火箭发动机试验中,推进剂供应系统阀门的可靠性对保证试验的成败至关重要,阀门的泄漏故障预测与实时监测是试车台推进剂供应系统安全性与可靠性工作的重要内容。对试车台常用的2种阀门进行了声压检测试验,基于声压测量技术,分析阀门出现故障时声压幅值范围和声压谱的故障特征信号,研究了故障阀门的声学特性。结果表明,利用声学检测方法可以有效、简便地检测阀门故障,并且该方法可以推广到其他使用阀门的供应系统中。
It is crucial for the reliability of the valve in the propellant supply system to ensure the success of the liquid rocket engine test. Prediction and real-time monitoring of the valve leakage fault is one of the important contents of safety and reliability of the propellant supply system in the test-stand. The acoustic pressure detection for the two types of the common valves in the test-stand was conducted. The acoustic characteristic of the fault valves is also studied by analysis for fault characteristic signals of the sound pressure spectrum in the range of sound pressure amplitude. The result shows that the acoustic detection method is effective and convenient for detection of valve leakage fault. The method can be extended to other supply systems with valves.
