浅谈我国海事调查制度的现状及改革

A Discusstion of Initiator Research in Present Situation for our Maritime Investigation System and how to Reform

目前，我国海事调查处理工作存在着目的模糊，有关文书没有规范化，人员素质参差不齐，公开透明度不高等问题。为此，应采取适当的措施，以适应我国航海事业的发展。

At present, there are many problems in our maritime investigation and handle accident, such as: without standardization official documents, too much difference between the managers qualities,lack of open polities in soluting problems and so on and so forth. If we want to keep steps with the maritime developping, we must take some measures.
