摘要
搪瓷工业含镉废水中,镉化合物大部分呈悬浮状态.但因粒度极细又加有悬浮剂,用重力沉降和过滤方法回收镉是不现实的.本文采用DHY-350碟片式离心机对悬浮的镉化合物进行离心分离,回收率达到99%以上.每升废水加FeSO_4·7H_2O4克,并调至pH=9后,用GF-105(B)管式离心机进行分离,排出废水的镉含量<0.1毫克/升,符合国家规定的排放标准.此系统已在福州市搪瓷厂正式运转.
Cd in the wastewater from the enamel plant exists mainly in the state of suspension. The experiments showed: the recover rate of the suspended particles Cd is above 99% by DHY-350(Disc) centrifuge. The treated discharge liguid was added FeSO_4·H_(2O) (4g/l), when pH valve was brought to 9, separation of the discharge was processed by GF-105(B) tubular centrifuge, the separated water contained less than 0.1mg/1 Cd,which accords with the GB industrial wastewater discharge demand.
