本文从理论上进行分析,并提出未来地表环境“分室化”管理模式的设想.尽管这是一种主观的理想,但却是人类社会经济发展的趋向,是朝向文明、舒适、安宁、清洁无害的目标迈进.只要将工业、农业、人类生活这三个子系统有序化地进行协调,生态平衡是无疑的.

Manage idea of departmentalizing the earth surface proposed has three-advantage as follows:(1)three kinds of the systems that have different characters and functions are sperated in order to operate and develop them very well according to different purposes.(2)three kinds of systems seperated from the complex and overlapping relationship will be studied easily, and the complexity of the inflow and outflow of the system energy and mass will be simplized for control and management.(3)three kinds of systems located different places where we should establish good surroundings.
